Hi, I’m Stephanie Sundell—a dedicated real estate professional, seasoned investor, and creative visual entrepreneur with a passion for capturing stories and building community.

I live in beautiful San Diego ( Vista ) California, with my amazing daughter 19 and son 23.

With over 5 years in real estate and more than $20 million in sales, I’ve helped clients navigate everything from first homes to investment opportunities. I'm currently affiliated with  eXp Realty Whissel / Beer Group. I’m also a proud member of several professional associations, including SDAR, NAR, NCSDR, SDCIA, WREIN, and the Tiny Home Industry Association (THIA).

As a real estate investor since 2003, I’ve developed a keen eye for value and potential. I specialize in unique housing models and am a recognized tiny house expert and advocate. I’m currently leading the development of a tiny house community near Yosemite National Park, combining affordability, sustainability, and heart into every square foot.

I hold an Associate Degree from MiraCosta College and completed my California Real Estate Exam in June 2021, with ongoing continuing education through 2029. I’m also proud to be part of the WREIN (Women Real Estate Investment Network) mentorship network, where I continue to grow and support other women in real estate.

Alongside my real estate career, I’ve worked as a professional photographer for over 33 years, serving as the official photographer for the United States Marine Corps' birthday ball events.

I also own and manage two Airbnb properties—a short-term rentalTiny House Village in Groveland, CA, just outside Yosemite, and a long-term rental in Ramona, CA, Hosting has become another meaningful way for me to share the warmth of home with people from all walks of life.

When I’m not closing deals, developing properties, or behind the camera, you’ll likely find me traveling the world—often with my faithful dog, King Charles Caviler/ Cocker mix, Luna Lou, by my side. Whether I’m photographing a Marine Corps Ball ceremony or planning my next Airbnb stay, I believe life is meant to be lived with intention, creativity, and connection and lots of travel

I work with first-time buyers, vacation rental investments, second homes, relocations, and 1031 exchanges. We prioritize investors and landlords by helping you secure long-term rentals for your investments. Cost segregation anyone??
